🛒 Ingredients

5 servings

5
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (about 395 g)
  • 1 can pouring cream or table cream, same size as the condensed milk can
  • 1 sachet coconut maria-mole mix (about 25 g)
  • 1 can-measure of whole milk (use the empty condensed milk can)

Directions

  1. 1

Blend the cream and the sweetened condensed milk until completely smooth.

  2. 2

Dissolve the maria-mole powder in a glass of boiling water and set aside to cool slightly.

  3. 3

Pour the dissolved mixture into the blender and blitz everything for another 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Pour into a pudding mould and freeze for 3 hours before serving.

💡 Chef's Tip

Coconut maria-mole mix is sold in Brazilian grocers; coconut jelly powder works as a substitute. Dip the mould briefly in warm water for a clean unmould. Take the pudding out of the freezer right before serving — it softens quickly at room temperature.
