- 5.3 oz Burrata cheese
- 3.5 oz Prosciutto di Parma
- 4 fresh figs
- 1.8 oz arugula

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Bake the pre-baked pinsa crust for 5 to 7 minutes until it becomes nicely crispy.

Once out of the oven, tear the burrata and immediately spread it over the hot pinsa.

💡 Chef's Tip
Top the pinsa as soon as it comes out of the oven so the burrata begins to melt slightly. Use ripe figs for more flavor. A dash of balsamic glaze adds complexity.
