🛒 Ingredients

1 servings

1
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395 g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (200 ml)
  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  1. 1

Pour the condensed milk and heavy cream into a saucepan. Sift the cocoa powder over the top to prevent lumps.

  2. 2

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk or spatula, until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.

  3. 3

Stir in the pinch of salt and vanilla extract, cook for one more minute, then remove from heat.

  4. 4

Allow to cool for a few minutes before drizzling generously over your favorite dessert.

💡 Chef's Tip

For a richer, deeper flavor, swap cocoa powder for melted dark chocolate (70% cocoa). Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days; reheat gently before serving.
