- 2 whole wheat or white tortillas (12-inch)
- 5.5 oz sliced deli ham
- 3.5 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1.75 oz finely chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons homemade white sauce or mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Prepare all the vegetables: dice the tomato and cucumber evenly, finely chop the lettuce and red onion.

In a mixing bowl, combine the homemade white sauce (or mayonnaise) and Dijon mustard, mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add all the chopped vegetables and shredded Swiss cheese to the sauce. Stir gently until the mixture is well combined and flavorful.

Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.

💡 Chef's Tip
Prepare the sauce and vegetables the day before: finely chop everything and store in airtight containers. In the morning, all you'll have to do is assemble the wrap. Chef's tip: don't overfill the tortilla so it closes easily — a spoonful of filling per side is enough!
