🛒 Ingredients

12 servings

12
  • 300 g milk or dark compound chocolate
  • 50 g plain puffed rice cereal
  • Colorful sprinkles, sugar pearls, or confetti for decorating
  • 12 lollipop sticks

Directions

  1. 1

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly, or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, mixing well between each burst to prevent burning.

  2. 2

Once the chocolate is fully melted and smooth, gradually stir in the puffed rice until evenly coated. The mixture should remain fluid and pourable — not too thick.

  3. 3

Pour the mixture halfway into lollipop molds, press a stick firmly into the center, then fill to the top with the remaining chocolate.

  4. 4

Scatter sprinkles and decorations on top, then gently tap the mold on the counter to release any air bubbles.

  5. 5

Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the lollipops are completely set and firm.

  6. 6

Carefully unmold and serve right away to keep that perfect crunch!

💡 Chef's Tip

No lollipop mold? Spoon rounds of the chocolate mixture onto parchment paper, place a stick on each, and cover with a little more chocolate. Add extra puffed rice to the mix for a thicker texture that holds its shape without a mold.
