30 servings

30
  • 1 packet chocolate pudding mix
  • 500 ml whole milk (for the pudding)
  • 500 ml whole milk (reserved for blending)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
  • 30 ice pop molds or popsicle bags

Directions

  1. 1

Prepare the chocolate pudding by heating 500 ml of milk with the pudding mix, stirring constantly until thickened. Set aside the remaining 500 ml of milk in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

Pour the pudding into a bowl and let it cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

Blend the cooled pudding with the reserved cold milk and sweetened condensed milk until completely smooth.

  4. 4

Pour the mixture into ice pop molds or popsicle bags, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.

  5. 5

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

💡 Chef's Tip

For extra creaminess, stir in 2 tablespoons of heavy cream before blending. Try adding a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon for a fun flavor twist.
