  • 10.5 oz Chicken Breasts (fillets)
  • 5.5 oz Broccoli
  • 3.5 oz Carrots
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Red Chili Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Cook the whole grain rice in salted water for 30-35 minutes until tender.

    Prepare the sauce: combine the honey, finely chopped chili pepper, minced garlic, vinegar, and olive oil.

    Season and grill the chicken fillets on a griddle (plancha) or bake in the oven at 392°F for 15-18 minutes. Cut into cubes.

    Steam or stir-fry the vegetables: broccoli and carrots for 8-10 minutes, then add the diced bell pepper.

    Assemble the bowls: use whole grain rice as the base, arrange vegetables around it, and top with grilled chicken.
