- 10.5 oz Chicken Breasts (fillets)
- 5.5 oz Broccoli
- 3.5 oz Carrots
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 Red Chili Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook the whole grain rice in salted water for 30-35 minutes until tender.

Prepare the sauce: combine the honey, finely chopped chili pepper, minced garlic, vinegar, and olive oil.

Season and grill the chicken fillets on a griddle (plancha) or bake in the oven at 392°F for 15-18 minutes. Cut into cubes.

Steam or stir-fry the vegetables: broccoli and carrots for 8-10 minutes, then add the diced bell pepper.
