  • 1 soft-boiled or hard-boiled egg
  • A few slices of avocado
  • 1 container (approx. 5.3 oz) plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Fresh fruit (banana, berries)
  • 8 fl oz fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup espresso
  • Pepper
  • Dill

Directions

    Cook the egg in boiling water (6 minutes for soft-boiled, 9 minutes for hard-boiled). Peel it and cut it in half.

    On your bread or wrap, layer the avocado, smoked salmon, and egg. Add a pinch of pepper and some dill.

    In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the chia seeds. Top with the sliced fruit.
