  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream or heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
