Directions
- 1
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine condensed milk and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 10–12 minutes until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- 2
Pour the caramel onto a lightly buttered dish and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
- 3
Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Take a small portion of cooled caramel, flatten it in your palm, place a grape in the center, and roll into a smooth ball. Repeat with all grapes.
- 4
Thread the caramel-coated grapes onto skewers and arrange on a buttered tray.
- 5
Melt milk and dark chocolate separately in a double boiler, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- 6
Dip each skewer into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, and place on the buttered tray. Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature before serving.
💡 Chef's Tip
Chill the dipped skewers in the fridge for 15 minutes to speed up chocolate setting. Swirl both chocolates together for a stunning marbled coating effect.
