🛒 Ingredients

7 servings

7
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395 g)
  • 1 can whole milk (same volume as the condensed milk can)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 320 °F (160 °C) for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

In a blender, combine the eggs, condensed milk, and whole milk. Blend for 3 minutes until completely smooth.

  3. 3

In a small saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat without stirring until a golden caramel forms. Let cool slightly for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

Pour the caramel into a ring mold (bundt-style with a hole in the center), coating the bottom evenly.

  5. 5

Gently pour the milk mixture over the caramel.

  6. 6

Bake for about 40 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and the custard is set.

  7. 7

Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before unmolding onto a serving plate.

💡 Chef's Tip

Run a knife along the edges before unmolding for a clean release. Serve well chilled for the best silky texture and flavour.
