  • 9 oz shrimp
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 1/3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
