  • 8 oz canned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • A pinch of chili powder
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for roasting)
