🛒 Ingredients

8 servings

8
  • 1 kg chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Fresh parsley and chives to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 g fine rolled oats

Directions

  1. 1

Place the onion, garlic and fresh herbs in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  2. 2

Add the chicken cubes and blend until a smooth, uniform paste forms.

  3. 3

Transfer to a large bowl, season with salt and gradually fold in the rolled oats.

  4. 4

Mix well with your hands until the mixture holds together and feels smooth.

  5. 5

Shape into equal-sized balls, then press each one flat to form a patty.

  6. 6

Cook in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat, 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.

💡 Chef's Tip

Freeze uncooked patties on a lined tray, then bag them for up to 3 months. Cook straight from frozen — no thawing needed!
