Creamy Condensed Milk Cake

- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) melted butter, plus extra for greasing
- 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk

Preheat your oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Grease and flour a baking pan.

Pour the milk and condensed milk into a blender and blend until smooth.

With the blender running on low, add the eggs one at a time, followed by the sugar and melted butter.

Gradually add the flour while blending, ensuring a completely smooth and lump-free batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
