🛒 Ingredients

12 servings

12
  • 4 packets of flavored jelly mix, assorted flavors (strawberry, lemon, cherry, orange...)
  • 10 g unflavored powdered gelatin (about 1 sachet)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
  • 1 can of table cream or heavy cream (7 oz / 200 g)
  • 5 tablespoons water (for the unflavored gelatin)

Directions

  1. 1

Prepare each jelly flavor separately, using only half the water called for on the packets, in four containers of the same size. Chill until fully set.

  2. 2

Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the 5 tablespoons of water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

Once the jellies are firm, unmold and cut them into small cubes. Place them in a large bowl and keep it in the fridge.

  4. 4

Blend the sweetened condensed milk with the cream until completely smooth.

  5. 5

Melt the bloomed gelatin in a double boiler, then, with the blender running, pour it in a thin stream into the center of the creamy mixture.

  6. 6

Pour the creamy mixture over the colorful jelly cubes and stir gently and very quickly so they don't melt.

  7. 7

Pour into a lightly greased mold and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before unmolding.

💡 Chef's Tip

Tip: line your mold with plastic wrap or use a ring mold for a flawless release. For a twist, flavor the cream with a little citrus zest or a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Take the dessert out 5 minutes before serving and dip the mold briefly in warm water to unmold easily.
