6
  • 400 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 500 g broccoli florets
  • 1 jar seasoned tomato sauce
  • 200 ml light cream
  • 150 g grated melting cheese (mozzarella or gruyère)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 200 °C (390 °F). Blanch broccoli florets in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.

  2. 2

Season chicken slices with garlic, salt, pepper, and red bell pepper.

  3. 3

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.

  4. 4

In the same skillet, sauté the broccoli for 2 minutes, pour in the cream with a pinch of garlic, simmer briefly, then spoon over the chicken.

  5. 5

Pour the tomato sauce evenly over the top.

  6. 6

Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and dried oregano.

  7. 7

Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

  8. 8

Serve straight from the dish and enjoy!

💡 Chef's Tip

Add a pinch of chili flakes to the sauce for a gentle kick. Leftovers reheat beautifully in the oven the next day.
