🛒 Ingredients

6 servings

6
  • 1 can of sweet corn kernels (with liquid)
  • 1 packet of onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 7 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lb chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 cup shredded gruyère or mozzarella, for topping

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). In a blender, combine the corn with its liquid, onion soup mix, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Cut the chicken fillets into 1-inch cubes and place them in a lightly greased baking dish.

  3. 3

Pour the creamy corn sauce over the chicken and toss gently to coat every piece evenly.

  4. 4

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and return to the oven for 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.

💡 Chef's Tip

Season the chicken cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper before adding the sauce for extra depth of flavor.
