  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Oil for frying
  • Cinnamon sugar for coating

    Mix together the beaten egg, milk, and oil. Incorporate into the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter is formed.

    Heat the frying oil to 365°F. Drop the batter by small spoonfuls into the oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes, turning regularly so the donut holes brown evenly on all sides.
