- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh rosemary sprigs, to taste

- fresh sage leaves, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix the honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage) in a bowl until you have a smooth paste.

Generously season the pork ribs with salt and pepper on all sides.

Completely coat the meat with the honey-mustard mixture using a spatula or a kitchen brush.
