  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • fresh rosemary sprigs, to taste
  • fresh thyme sprigs, to taste
  • fresh sage leaves, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Mix the honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage) in a bowl until you have a smooth paste.

    Generously season the pork ribs with salt and pepper on all sides.

    Completely coat the meat with the honey-mustard mixture using a spatula or a kitchen brush.

    Place the ribs in a baking dish and drizzle lightly with the olive oil.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting regularly with the pan juices.
