- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup beer
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup dried cherries

Soak the dried cranberries, raisins, and dried cherries in 1 cup of beer. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 320°F. Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.

Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.

In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, egg, milk, honey, melted butter, molasses, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract with the beer from the soaked fruits (without the fruits).

Take 2 tablespoons of dry flour and coat the fruits with it. Gently fold this mixture into the batter.
