  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • Freshly chopped parsley, chives, and cilantro
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Shoestring potatoes for garnish
