Directions

  1. 1

Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables under cold water. Pat the spinach leaves dry and arrange them as a generous base in a large bowl.

  2. 2

Prepare the healthy dressing: in a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. Whisk vigorously until emulsified.

  3. 3

Lightly drizzle half of the dressing over the spinach and gently toss to coat the leaves.

  4. 4

Arrange the ingredients in colorful sections over the spinach: beet, grated carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper – forming rainbow arcs of color for a striking visual effect.

  5. 5

Add the fruits: blueberries on one side, orange slices, strawberries, and avocado on the other, playing with color contrasts.

  6. 6

Sprinkle the bowl with sunflower seeds and chia seeds for an extra boost of omega-3s and fiber.

  7. 7

Drizzle with the remaining dressing, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately to preserve the crunchiness and freshness of the ingredients.

💡 Chef's Tip

The secret to a successful vitality bowl is the diversity of colors – each color represents a different family of antioxidants. Prepare the dressing the day before to allow the flavors to intensify, and always add the most delicate fruits (strawberries, blueberries) last to prevent them from releasing water.
