- 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 large egg
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 12 sheets phyllo dough
- 1.3 cups melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar

Heat a skillet with a little oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger, then add the ground meat and all the seasonings. Cook until the meat is well done, then let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine the egg, chopped tomato, chopped green onions, and cooled meat mixture.

Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each sheet of phyllo dough. Fold and roll to form squares or triangles.
