  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • Smoked aioli for serving

    Prepare 15 skewers: if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes.

    Cut the chicken into 1.2-inch pieces and place in a bowl.
