🛒 Ingredients

4 servings

4
  • 500 g (1 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen peas
  • 1 cup (150 g) canned corn, drained
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, black pepper and sweet paprika to taste

Directions

  1. 1

Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.

  2. 2

Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. 3

Stir in the peas and corn and let them cook for 3 minutes.

  4. 4

Pour in the heavy cream, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. 5

Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately over rice or with fries.

💡 Chef's Tip

Serve over fluffy steamed rice or alongside crispy fries for a complete meal. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice right before serving brightens the whole dish.
