  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small red chili, finely chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 3 baby bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

    Place the trout fillets side by side on a large square of aluminum foil.

    Scatter the ginger, garlic, chili, and lime zest over the fish.

    Pour the lime juice over and arrange the bok choy pieces around and on top of the fish.

    Pour the soy sauce over the bok choy.

    Seal the aluminum foil to form a tight packet, leaving space at the top for steam circulation.

    Steam for 15 minutes. If you don't have a steamer, place the packet on a heatproof plate over a pot of simmering water, cover, and cook.
