- 1 apple
- 1 dragon fruit (pitaya)
- 1 avocado
- 3.4 fl oz light cream
- 1 oz seeds (such as sunflower or chia)
- 0.7 oz ground pistachios

Wash all fresh fruit

Peel and cut the kiwi into pieces

Peel and slice the banana into rounds
