  • 10.5 oz butternut squash
  • 3.5 oz red cabbage
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 5 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 orange
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 fresh lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

    Preheat the oven to 390°F. Cut the butternut squash into cubes, place on a baking sheet with the broccoli, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
