- 7 oz shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk or sour cream/crème fraîche
- 1.1 lbs chicken (breasts)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 5 oz breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions, then drain.

In a pan, melt the cheese with the milk or sour cream over medium heat until you obtain a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce.

Meanwhile, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, then coat them successively in the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

💡 Chef's Tip
