  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 small Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 handful Fresh cilantro
  • 1 handful Fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin, wide strips, like tagliatelle, using a vegetable peeler or a mandoline.

    Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.

    Add the vegetable ribbons and sauté for 4–5 minutes over high heat so they remain slightly crunchy.

    Season with salt and pepper.
