  • 9 oz fresh spinach, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz bacon bits
  • 5 oz calabresa sausage, sliced
  • 9 oz shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Thinly slice the onion and cut the calabresa into even rounds. Lightly drain the spinach if it is very damp.
