- 9 oz fresh spinach, thinly sliced
- 5 oz bacon bits
- 5 oz calabresa sausage, sliced
- 9 oz shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 425°F for 10 minutes.

Thinly slice the onion and cut the calabresa into even rounds. Lightly drain the spinach if it is very damp.
