🛒 Ingredients

30 servings

30
  • 3 kg ground beef (lean and tender cut)
  • 300 g finely ground bacon
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 30 ml ice-cold water
  • 3 tablespoons homemade seasoning (garlic, salt, onion, black pepper and fresh parsley blended together)

Directions

  1. 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead firmly until the mixture is completely uniform and well blended.

  2. 2

Divide the mixture into portions of 90 to 100 g each.

  3. 3

Place a damp sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface and shape each patty using a round ring mold, removing the mold carefully after each one.

  4. 4

Line a metal tray with plastic wrap and layer the patties with a sheet of plastic between each layer, without pressing them down.

  5. 5

Stack no more than 4 layers per tray and transfer to the freezer.

  6. 6

When ready to eat, remove from the freezer and pan-fry or bake until cooked through to your liking.

💡 Chef's Tip

For extra depth of flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of smoked paprika to the meat mixture before shaping the patties.
