- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sesame seed burger buns
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 large dill pickles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1.5 tsp onion salt
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp paprika

Prepare the Big Mac sauce: mix the mayonnaise, white vinegar, mustard, onion salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Season with a little salt and refrigerate.

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form 4 balls of 1/3 cup each, flatten them on parchment paper to form 4 circles of 6 inches. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook the patties in 2 batches, 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.

Cut each burger bun into three parts and toast lightly.

Assemble the burgers: spread sauce on the bottom bun, add onion, lettuce, cheese, patty, and pickles. Place the middle part of the bun, sauce again, then onion, lettuce, pickles, second patty, and sauce. Finish with the top bun.
💡 Chef's Tip
Do not press down on the patties so they remain juicy. The sauce can be prepared 3-4 days in advance and kept in the refrigerator.
