- 26.5 oz lamb, cut into pieces
- 1.5 tsp saffron
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1.7 tbsp water
- 1 oz fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Season with saffron, salt, and pepper. Stir in the majority of the chopped onions and pour in the water. Bring to a boil.

Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let simmer until the lamb is very tender, about 15 minutes.
