🛒 Ingredients

6 servings

6
  • 1 kg (2.2 lb) beef chuck, cut into chunks
  • 2 medium spicy sausages (chorizo or Italian-style)
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • Fresh parsley, to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 10 small potatoes

Directions

  1. 1

Cut beef into chunks. Crush garlic and sauté in a drizzle of oil over low heat until golden.

  2. 2

Add sliced onion, diced bell pepper, and diced tomatoes. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

Stir in chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and the crumbled bouillon cube.

  4. 4

Pour in 1 cup (200 ml) of water, season with salt, and seal the pressure cooker.

  5. 5

Once pressure is reached, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

Open the pressure cooker and add the pre-cooked potatoes and sausage sliced into rounds.

  7. 7

Seal again and cook for another 15 minutes over medium-low heat after pressure is reached.

  8. 8

Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

💡 Chef's Tip

For extra depth, sear the beef chunks in batches over high heat before pressure cooking — the golden crust adds incredible richness to the broth.
