🛒 Ingredients

6 servings

6
  • 1 kg Tuscan sausage, cut into pieces
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 3 large onions, thickly sliced into rings
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed

Directions

  1. 1

Spread half the onion rings in an even layer on the bottom of the pressure cooker.

  2. 2

Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the onions.

  3. 3

Place the sausage pieces on top of the onions, then add the potato chunks over the sausage.

  4. 4

Cover with the remaining onion rings and crumble the beef bouillon cubes over everything.

  5. 5

Seal the pressure cooker and bring to high heat.

  6. 6

Once pressure is reached, reduce to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes.

  7. 7

Turn off the heat and allow pressure to release naturally before opening.

  8. 8

Serve with steamed white rice and a fresh salad of cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, and onion.

💡 Chef's Tip

No water needed — the onions and sausage release enough natural juices to cook everything to perfection.
