🛒 Ingredients

5 servings

5
  • 2 kg pork spare ribs, semi-fatty cut
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. 1

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and fry the garlic until golden and fragrant.

  2. 2

Add the pork ribs and season generously with salt.

  3. 3

Fry uncovered for approximately 40 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is deeply browned on all sides.

  4. 4

Pour in one cup (approximately 200 ml) of water, seal the lid, and pressure cook for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

Remove from heat, allow the pressure to release naturally, then serve immediately.

💡 Chef's Tip

Pat the ribs dry with paper towels before frying to achieve a crispier crust. The ribs will shrink significantly during cooking — this is normal and concentrates the flavor.
