🛒 Ingredients

3 servings

3
  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs) pork ribs, whole rack
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup spicy mustard
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Fold the rack of ribs slightly so it fits inside the pot.

  2. 2

Pour the ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and lemon juice over the ribs. Add the sugar, salt, and pepper. Gently coat the meat with all the seasonings.

  3. 3

Add two cups of water, seal the pressure cooker, and cook under pressure for 50 minutes over medium heat.

  4. 4

Carefully release the pressure and gently remove the ribs without breaking them apart.

  5. 5

Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F). Place the ribs in a lightly greased baking dish and drizzle generously with the cooking sauce.

  6. 6

Bake for 15–20 minutes until the surface is well caramelized and slightly crispy. Serve immediately.

💡 Chef's Tip

For deeper flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce for 1 hour before cooking. You can substitute the homemade sauce with store-bought barbecue sauce to save time.
