  • 2 sandwich rolls
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 3.5 oz ham
  • 3.5 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 3.5 oz bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper

    Flatten the beef steaks with a meat mallet to make them thin and tender.

    Sear the meat on a hot griddle or skillet until a nice crust forms.
