  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1.75 oz grated parmesan (or gruyère)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
