  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Wash the cucumbers and slice them very thinly using a mandoline or a knife.

    Peel and finely mince the garlic.

    Cut the chili pepper into thin strips, removing the seeds if desired.

    Place the cucumber in a salad bowl with the garlic and chili.

    Pour in the sesame oil and rice vinegar.
